Finely dice the onions, garlic and carrot, wash the mushrooms and, if preferred, chop the mushrooms into small pieces.
Sauté everything together in hot oil and add the amidori veggie pulled. Fry the veggie pulled with the vegetables for a couple of minutes and then deglaze with cream and a splash of water.
Cook everything through and season with salt, pepper, thyme and a splash of lemon juice.
Sauté the spätzle noodles with some butter until heated through.
Wash the salad, cut the radishes into thin slices and then mix both together with a marinade of lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve everything together on a plate.
TIP: Jazz up the spätzle noodles with some chopped walnuts, sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds! Then, simply sauté these together with the spätzle noodles!
