amidori minced bolognese
Sauté M¡dori® Minced in a deep pan with a teaspoon of oil, e.g. rapeseed oil, until it is golden brown and starts developing roast aromas. Then, put it aside. Cut the onion, garlic, celery stalks and carrots into small cubes. Steam the vegetables in the previously used pan with a little bit of oil, then spice with salt and pepper.
Add the tomato paste to the vegetables and cook for 3min. Deglaze with vegetable stock and wine. Add tomatoes, paprika powder, thyme stems and bay leaf. Simmer the Bolognese at medium heat for 45min.
In the meantime, bring a pot with salt water to a boil. Add spaghetti to the water and cook it until it is firm to eat. Drain water and remove bay leaf and thyme stems from the sauce. Add M¡dori® Minced to the Bolognese and season to taste with salt and pepper.
