Coleslaw
01.

For the coleslaw, cut the red cabbage and the white cabbage into fine strips, add everything into a bowl, sprinkle with salt and mix everything together. Put the bowl aside.

After 30min., rinse the cabbage with tap water, drain it and add it back into the bowl. Finely grate the carrot, add to the mix, grate apple on top of the cabbage mix, add sour cream and season with salt, pepper, sugar and cider vinegar.

BBQ-Sauce

For the vegan BBQ sauce, add all ingredients into a blender and blend into a sauce (or, optionally, use a hand blender) — season with a little salt and pepper. Peel a small onion, halve it, cut it into fine slices and sauté in a pot with a little bit of oil.

Add M¡dori® Pulled and sauté. Use a tablespoon to add the BBQ sauce and continue to cook at low heat for 2–3min. Prepare burger and serve with coleslaw.
