Wash potatoes and cut into wedges. Strip rosemary and thyme and chop finely. Add potatoes into a bowl and mix with oil and spices (rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper). Add the wedges onto a tray and bake at 180 degrees for 40min. until they are golden yellow.
For the dip, cut onions and garlic into fine cubes and steam in a pan with a bit of vegetable margarine, add fresh or thawed peas, continue steaming for a little. Then, let it cool down briefly

with marjoram, small chunks of mint, apple juice, lime zest, salt and pepper.
Deep-fry the M¡dori® Sticks in a pan with some oil at medium heat for 3–4min. until they are golden brown, then drain them with a kitchen paper towel. Serve everything separately.
